Ok, the thing is;

We are unknown artists.

We do not know anyone really important.

We're trying, like everybody else, who wants a better place to work. That's it.

Maybe we are a little different than you may be accustomed to seeing, but from where we are, to appear, we must make some noise.

Fair noise.

We want recognition for our work. And our work will do that for us, of course, because only it can do this, and we know that.

In another hand, it's very important to say, we're a Brazilian/American studio, whatever it is, and, to situate us, we are far from "the mainstream".

So our reality is different. Not bad, or good, just different.

All our titles are available to be published, by U.S.A. publishers or worldwide publishers, and we are looking for a good, and fair, place to publish our work. Even if not to win big money, just for a few bucks. We hope find a great place to work, and publish this books.

We believe have great books, here.

Ok, don't get me wrong here... We love money, like everyone else, but this is not the main reason for doing what we do.

You see, we have some personal objectives too.

Tony has this dream to work with some big character of the mainstream, and we believe, as great artist he is, it's only a matter of time.

Ricardo, just want write great histories, for indie market, or big-mainstrem-corporation-with-indecent-payment. Whatever. No big deal. He happy just for try.

As Shon Bury, an amazing guy, that we love around here, always said; "If life gives to you poop, make a poopdding!" Or something like that!

Ricardo belives that!

But seriously, both have solid carrer in the comic book market, both are published artists and can offer much more to the market that have already offered.

The important matter for us, is professional integrity.

Both already had the opportunity to work in major comic book publishing, but what was offered by third parties (brazilian agents - not major comic book publishing, or even american agents) could not be accepted.

Not without compromising the integrity of the person, the man. And this, for us, is more important than ambitions of the artists. It's hurts. But have to be done.

So, for that, both chose the correct path, however difficult it may be.

if you ask them, Soathman Studio exists to provide the our main work, independently, honestly and professionally. Without any interference.

Can we do this?

We believe, yes.
